Someone at myth busters drives a black e34 w/ tint and euro projectors. I was watching earlier and noticed it, then again in another episode its parked in the lot in a different spot again.

Good genuine blokes, who love the marque just as much as anyone else!!

I was glad someone posted a picture. I don't watch that show and was curious what all the fuss was about. And what I like about this board it that it is such an education on a wide variety of subjects.

I find it interesting that you guys think she is so hot. These days, the only guy who tells me when he thinks chicks are hot is my husband and this girl is not his type.

Post script: I decided to check that with him before I hit post. His verdict--she's cute, nice abs, not that great a face, and not overly endowed. "Nothing to write home about." So given that he is the representative male around the house that I use to judge "hotness", I find it interesting how much taste can vary.

It's an awesome show. They just take urban myths, and put them to the test through a series of experiments. For instance: Will a football filled with helium fly further when kicked than a football filled with air?

But it's the explosive experiments that are really cool! Look for it on the Discovery Channel.

Yep, not always the most rigorously scientific treatment of the topics, but a really great testament to the value of just trying something to see if it's plausible. It seems like once in a while they're keen to BUST a myth when there's not quite enough evidence for that, or to confirm a myth when there's not quite enough evidence for that either.

They're honest though - they do go back and retry various experiments from the past, try to do a better or more representative job of them, etc. as they see fit. That's hugely to their credit in terms of the educational value!

I sometimes assign it as homework to my Physics students - we have a lot of fun analyzing some of their "experiments"! (Not to mention an hour of that is pretty decent homework!)

1) that e34 has been there since 2003. i had just assumed that somebody had seen it and commented on it during the first season of the how.

i like the episodes that include car myths, like the 'rope round the back axel' myth or 'will a box of tissues on the back shelf kill you in an accident' myth blowing **** up is cool too, i mean, over 100 bug-busting cans let off in a room then add a naked flame! that **** is poetry! still i dont envy 'buster'
