I checked on door panels at BMA. They sell just about everything for BMWs. The cost is around $250 for a panel. You may want to try regluing the vinyl if you have a separation problem. I an doing the very same thing now.

What glue are you using?

Good question! I have several different types of spray adhesives. The problem I have had in the past is when the glue is drying the vinyl wants to pull up. The vinyl needs to be warmed or heated up to adhere and stretch. I am going to try a hairdryer to allow it to stretch and probably use weights while the glue is trying. I have to do this project tonight so I will send another post and let you know how things work out. I have put this job off long enough.
