after owning various beemers, i just bought and e34 540i auto touring 1995 and just wondered if any one had or knows where i can get a handbook or user maunal for it???

manuals/cases on ebay every so often. You may need to be patient if you need a specific year. Set up an ebay search and they will notify you when what you need is listed. FYI, I have about 40 searches going for different stuff at any given time. Especially good luck on bmw models/brochures.

I picked up the complete new car purchaser's package including the BMW introductory cassette for my 530i from www.books4cars.com. If you are looking to fit out your car with all original documentation this may be the place to go.

They are offering the owners manual for 34.95. Don't know if it includes the rest of the stuff I mentioned.

I have never seen a free online download of the e34 manual. Someone said it is on this website, maybe look in the archives. Its really no mystery where to get on though, the dealer can get one for you.
