e34 rieger style bumper

Just found this REE GER style E34 bumper on ebay. I sure like the look but hate to go fiberglass anything..

Does this just go over the stock bumper? I dont see how it can be mounted.

the fiberglass bumpers usually require that you fabricate mounts for them - kind of shitty. They are also really hard to get to look perfect.
