Erik brought his 5er over this morning. We noticed some oil on the 2 month old Koni's.

Snap! Exactly the same as mine. Wait 'till it really lets go. My replacement is due early next week.

I too am enjoying the Bilsteins. They ride well with the Eibach Pro Kit springs, fixed camber plates & RD anti-sway bars. :)

has to be a matter or time or luck... I dont see much longevity for the drop spring cars. Maybe cause their dropped?

Keep twiddling - everybody is entitled to an opinion.

Konis are more highly regarded in the E34 M5 community and elsewhere. I'll suffer through another R&R cycle for the better compression damping and rebound adjustments - not gladly, mind you.
