I am serious - I just like paging through it but it will occasionally remind of something I meant to fix etc. Anyone else or am I weird?

You can't expect us to believe that there is actually something on your car that needs fixing.

Your neighbors will love your WIFI too.

I pick up my neighbor's all the time...wide open...I guess, I don't need a ISP anymore.

Jon, you need a fender skirt to protect that paint job :) Trouble light + fender = scratch. Ouch.

By the way Jon, would you delete or change the settings on my BE account -- it still thinks I'm < 13. My username is lowell. I guess I could just register again as Lowell2

I'm guilty, but I don't leave it there. Usually before I'm going to work on my BMW or 4Runner I bring them in and read through procedures. After that I usually keep them in the trunk.

I dont use fender guards - teaches you to be more careful :)

You keep that book in the bathroom???

You know that its a limited, no longer in print book with perhaps the most beautiful BMW photography ever created? I have two copies, one still in the shrink wrap.

But I imagine its a great read while on the crapper.

Oh, and next time I'm at the garage, I'm not assuming those are oil stains on the Bentley you sicko.

BTW, to avoid confusion, I'm Alan S. Not Allan S., the beloved forum member we lost last year.

Alan - the BMW book is on my bookshelf in the toilet :) The bentley sits on the floor next to the throne.

My Bentley manual usually stays in the garage but I do take it on trips to read on the plane. Some of the looks I get are hilarious.

well, this book gets a lot of good attention... maybe instead of typing long "bentley manual" to make posting easier we shold address that book simply as the "BIBLE"...
