That is a German company, probably you get them cheaper in Germany. In Norway the tax is high.

why does the price say almost 10000$?

It looks great. But will most likely need spacers and there is a core charge for the front structs.

Were you able to find the spring rates on those? I remember I looked for a long time and couldn't find anything.
