Somebody shed some light on this emblem that is on the decklid of this 530 on ebay. It is only the 2nd one I've seen.

But I think there is something to it... Why state the obvious?

I don't follow.
BMW is easily recognizable thing - why tell what one is seeing by stating "BMW" at each end? My wheels are missing caps - when I will get them I will simply spray paint them in same color as the rim - stating "BMW" at each end seems pretentious.
It needs a new emblem, the plastic disc that carries the paint has come off, leaving the blue on the chrome background and taking the black with it.

always the wise one Shogun, you answer questions before theyre even asked.
front and rear bumpers are roughly $650 each, side skirts are ~640, and the wing is ~620. ouch.

Ditto....
$1940 for front and rear bumpers plus side skirts, that's not too bad.. the real question is... What's shipping going to cost from Japan to the East Coast of US.
:D
Hey Angrypancake, whatever happened with your BBS Front bumper? I had offered you $60 plus my front bumper ;)

Yeah, thats exactly what happened because my front emblem is doing the exact same thing. and I mean exactly the same lol.
Also, my wheels have absolutely no black left on them. I'm replacing the whole deal anyways so soon enough those ugly plastic POSs will be gone forever.

You can buy new adhesive-backed metal emblems to put on you centercaps rather than buying the whole thing.

Like those carbon fibre ones. I'm sorry, but I still like them. If it's worth me redoing the paint flaws (got some rust wahaaahaaa), then I'm getting those because I've got the same problem. The only emblem left on my car that looks ok is on the boot lid.

I guess I never noticed..
A trunk emblem with the “BMW” letters is rare? My 92 525i has this type of emblem on the trunk. Am I special?

that may be the best looking non-decklid spoiler i have seen for the E34 (other than mtech)...... because most of them are REALLY BAD!
I think I might get one
