Q: About R.H.driven E34s

I was wondering about some locations of components in the engine compartment.Like is the P/S pump mounted near the steering box and the A/C compresser opposite from it? Do they use different exhaust manifolds or a heatshield to protect the steering box?

Since I have never looked under the hood of one them,I got curious.

The power steering pump is mounted on the left side, the A/C compressor on the right, and there is a heatshield to protect the steering box.
