They seem to be in good condition... are these Italian made replicas made to last a few years or do they bend on the first big pothole?

They look like they're in good shape. I'm more curious about how well the replicas hold up. Is this a case of "you get what you pay for?"

yup. they might be ok, but they are no match for a set of forged OEM E38 wheels. All replicas are cast.

yep AND bend very easily, if your not local enough to have them spun on a balancer to check them Id pass.
All replicas are cast.

They're only $600 with the rubber... that's pretty cheap. If they're straight, they're worth every penny... even if just for one year.

Who else has 18" wheels? Do they throw off the speedo?

they might throw it off a bit.. i know my car sits a bit higher with my 18"s which means the diameter and circumference are not stock.. you will be going faster than was the speedo reads

That's a great price. The speedo depends a lot on the tire size, as it's the overall circumference of the wheel that throws it off. I had 16" wheels but the tire was too small, so it always read fast.
