Some pics of the radio, any idea how to get it out?

Let me know if you cannot see them. On the cassette door it says" BMW Bavaria C Business"

on each side of the panel, they should pop off exposing the mounting screws for the whole panel.

with these i think what you have to do is take the front cover of first then normally you need the keys to get it out but you be able to do them with out the keys but the front cover should come off
