What are these things called, b/c mine are starting to fall off. They are not staying in the slots. I need new ones, what are they? Any website you can think of where they sell these at?

If they're not cracked or warped, just hot glue it back on :)

they are pretty messed up. Since they cannot stick on, they hang off the sides. It's really bad to me. The ones in the middle stick, but the outsides flop off. Any website where to find them at ?

Sometimes the molding it self is fine and the plastic clips are broken - the driver's molding on my M5 is that way. The clips can be replaced by driving the center pin into the door with a small drift, pulling off the old clip and installing a new clip.

Usually only the clips are broken, unless you had an accident and the pieces are bended.

they have good prices on replacement BMW parts. You may not find the specific part numbers online, but you can email them the list that Bob attached below.
