So I was putting off changing my leaking heater core and it ended up completely failing on me. Luckily I was in a parking lot when it dumped out all the coolant but I had to have it towed to the dealer and had to pay big money to get it fixed. So if your heater core is leaking either bypass it or fix it. Thanks to the wonderful design I didn't have a drop of coolant inside the car.
