that's 60 km/h.. that's only about 36mph
it's 20 seconds to 100km/h which is 60mph

There's two models.
One gets 156 MPG and goes 0 to 60 MPH in 20 seconds.
The other gets 87 MPG and goes 0 to 60 MPH in 9 seconds.

I'm not sure I could deal with 0-60 in 20 seconds but 0-60 in 9 seconds getting 87 MPGs sounds pretty good.

The website says you get into it "like getting into a bathtub". I could use a little more explanation of that :)

I think the front of the opens (like a clamshell phone) and you step in. Kinda like the Isetta only opening forward rather than the side.
