1)What would be the possible cause of a rattle that goes away when the clutch is pushed in?

2)Theres a large plastic hose that is curved that goes into the air filter and no matter how hard i try i can not find it on part sites i was wondering if someone can give me the name or part number. I'll provide a picture if needed.

Thank you.

I think no. 1 is a frigged throw out bearing, and for no. 2 a picture is needed.

Thanks

The source of the noise has to be more specifically located. It could be dual mass rattle, it could be bad layshaft bearings. Depends on where it's coming from.
