Trans & DIff Oil Question

I have a 92' 5351 w/ 5spd and want to change the Trans & Diff oil to Redline. my question to you is which one of these should I use in the trans:
MT-90 or MTL ?
In the Diff (non - LS)
75W90NS Gear Oil or ?

I just recently changed these oils. MTL went into the gearbox. RedLine 75w90 with the LSD additive went into the new-to-me 3.64 LSD. You can use the 75w90 labeled for open differentials. The Redline bottles specify open or limited slip use in the fine print on the back of the plastic containers. Both containers say 75w90 on the front big print.

I am pleased with the Redline oils. The differential is very quiet. The gearbox shifts well. Morning shifts are still just noticeably stiffer than when warm.
