45 offset bbs on e30 323i !!!!please help!!!!

hi just got a chance to buy some bbs weaves from a mazda they are 15x51/2
with a 45 offset compared to the standard 35 offset 14x6

by my calculations they should sit in 2.7mm towards the strut (updated) actualy
3.5mm closer to strut

can anyone see any problems i could have

how did you calculate that 2.7mm??

the problem you will have is not with the offset, it's that the Miata centerbore is too small to fit on the E30 hub!

If you use a small spacer, it might work for you.

i calculated that by taking into account that the rim is 1/2inch smaller in width
which is around 13mm or 6.5mm each side and the offset is 10mm more than standard so 10mm further in minus the 6.5mm for reduction in width equals 3.5mm further in overall dont know how i got 2.75 but thanks for making me
