i like it except for the front. Like Bimmerman says, looks bit japanese manufactured. Who knows tho, might not be so.

I like it, I think. Have to wait until I see it in the metal. I wasn't impressed with pics of the new 3-series sedan, but in the metal I think it looks bloody fantastic.

don't like it. an e36 coupe is 10 times more beautifull

I think e36s are the black sheep of the BMW family. Have you ever seen a 318ti? i have mistaken them for honda civic hatchbacks.

I've never really liked the E36 either. I've grown to like them more after getting into BMW's, but a few years ago I thought they looked cheap and plasticky. M3's and the ones that are done up right look good though. They're just far too common for my liking.

The E90 coupe looks good so far though. The E46 has been my favorite 3, and I doubt this new one will surpass it in my book.

Looks sharp. Agreed that the E36 coupe is probably the best looking 3er to date. I almost bought a black '95 325i 5-speed before the 540, man that car drove beautifully. Seller didn't want to budge on the price though and I couldn't swing the 8K. It's ok, soon the 5er will drive just as nice, and I have another 100hp to play with. Ok, now I'm just rambling.

No thanks - E30 and/or 36 does it for me.

It's probably been spoken to no end on here, but I just don't know what the hell BMW was thinking with these new style cars, and the 7-series is fugly.

Whats the leadership structure at BMW like? MBA types or Engr types? Has it been re-structured recently?

looks to me like a Peugeot 406, or some sort of Renault sedan with only 2 doors.

I love the Peugeot 406.
