Doublespoke II fitment on e34 525it?

Hello-

Does anyone know if e36 m3 doublespoke II wheels can be fit onto a '95 525it? Is the offset totally incompatible?

3 series wheels will require a 20mm spacer, but i am not sure about m3 wheels. most likely not. but i could be wrong!

spacers are not a good thing on a 4000lb vehicle!

edit: Unless your just pushing it around in a big barn or something.
