They think it will be ready in May, but I will probably store it for a while in NJ until I have time to make the trip to Alaska

Looks nice. What are the specs on the motor?

P.S. You should ask Gordon to come over and clean those wheels for you, they are dirty where the spoke meets the rim. :)

It is a BMW 3 liter diesel with a 2nd turbo, intercooler and different pistons and valves. It has alot of torque at low rpms. It also has Alpina's version of selectronic with buttons on the steering wheel to change gears.

yummy, i like diesels that haul ass. i want one of those 3.9 twin turbo diesel v8's from the 740d and a 6 speed to put behind it, to shoe horn into the e34

jeez the audi only has 18.5/1 compression and it's a common rail, moms 1985 740 volvo turbo diesel has 23.5/1, i would like to see a common rail on that motor with a intercooler, then inject propane bwahahaha

parking for four, plus workspace, plus about a thou sqft of loft for parts.....

Hopefully I won't break the bank, so I can buy a lift, and cabinets, and.....

My sister has a farm near Flemington NJ, but I wouldn't want to store a car there too long as there are so many rodents that the car would be ruined after a few months.

Chris,that is one impressive looking vehicle , sure is purdy! I'd be tempted to park that in my living room.
