5x120 bolt pattern, but will the hub size etc fit? do i need spacers? i need answers quick ... i have a chance to pick up all of those with tires for 130.http://i1.tinypic.com/midoiu.jpg

well given that all e34 rims will fit 5/6/7/8 series with the only variance being +20 mm for the 3 series.. it's more than likely they will. regarding the hub-centrics.. looks like an older model rim.. if it needs em the rings are like 50 bucks tops

having said that i donno if they will fit or not

5x120,20 mm offset,72,5mm id hub bore,74 mm common hubcentric rings are required.

Looks like e36 323is wheels. The size and offset are stamped around bolt holes. Does it say, 7x16, or 7x15, don't remember, but most important number is "is47"? If so, you will need spacers. The hub should be the same size.
