I'm trying to start a fledgling business from scratch, just doing brake jobs, minor tuneups, and oil changes, primarily for BMWs. I've got an E39 coming in for brakes all around, and the same guy has a Jag XJ8 Vanden Plas. Anyone have any info about those brakes? Conventional multipiston? Floating calipers? Anything weird? I don't want to bite off more than I can chew, and would prefer to stick with what I know, but just curious...

Thanks.

Worked at Jaguar - saw plenty of vanden plas. they're basically XJ8L's with an interior spiffing upper. They have conventional disc brakes and pads. Though, the suspension is retarded.
