There was the talk about this yesterday, which I was like you got to be kidding me.

For almost 6 years I have said I wish my sunroof tilted open, periodically I would push the button forward hoping it would someday work. I have seen E34s w/ it tilted but for some reason thought it wasnt on the 95s or something stupid. On the 98 E36 I use to drive, push button forward & it titled, so I figured it was the same........ **** I think its button forward on my E24. Was the E34 the only one to be press in WTF

How the hell in being a part of this community for about 5 years did I miss all the threads that might of helped me out LOL.

That freakin sunroof owes me 6 years of tilt!!!!!!!!

E34, E38 and E39, all press up, not forward, to tilt. I'm suprised you didn't hit it by accident in all those years.

I know most people don't like to read their owner's manual, but you can learn a thing or two by reading it.

True, I have read it for some things, like I figured out how to do the timer for the vents, though I cant remember. At least our owners manuals are useful. In the GF's 04 Sebring Convert manual it doesnt even tell you recommened jack points

the owners manual is a mandatory read, when I first got my car i was like a kid in a candy store...sitting in the car listening to the tape that came with it trying everything the manual stated...

I can't recall any threads in the past 5 years that might have helped. Just leave it tilted for the next 6 years to get a good 50-50 balance going.:D

Or maybe I should penalize the board for not bringing it up...

I've had my car for over 4 years and just recently stuck a tape in the deck to see if it works. It does and sounds surprisingly well. I picked up an ipod and I use the cassette adapter, it sounds really good.
