As the title states... how does one deal with rust specks? It's different than that onmious bubbling rust. It's like you sprinkle metal filings on your car and those little filing spots rust.

I use a really light rubbing compound and then wax it.
I get those thing every winter. I think they salt the roads around her with salti and iron filings.
