3M headlights protective tape

Never mind the rest of the stuff on the pic, I want to know how to get my hands on this 3M protective cut-it-yourself sheet to put on the headlights (middle of pic). Don't they sell this at Canadian Tire ? I know there's pre-cut sheets (Bav site), but it sounds terribly expensive to me.

If you haven't found something, check out Ricochet (http://www.ricochetprotects.com/en/home.php). Its available in Canada. I was getting it at Lordco Auto Parts in Western Canada, but I'm sure its available elsewhere.
