well i'm changing back to summer tires now and thought when i have the wheels off i'd be a good time to paint thoose suckers. my question is which colour?

I have a 1989 535im that is a light blue-ish grey. i have 18" oz superlarrags in silver. what would be the best colour. i want them to stand out so black won't do it for me.

also. is there any caliper paint that doesnt take forever to dry. or anyway too speed things up.

God, not red, please not red. Seems like every car in the world has to have red these days----what, brake setups are in fashion now? Gimme a break.

Why try to sell him a handbag? He could just turn his whole car into a handbag with the ever stylish Louis Vuittan interrior. :D

personally I think any paint on a caliper will cause it to retain heat, I would rather have a functional krinkle black finish on mine.

The pictures help. Thanks. Now I have my opinions narrowed down to blue and silver. Now I want to know what shade of blue. I can hear you groaning.

Hey Jeff--you voted for all four choices. Are you suggesting one of each?

yes, one color on each corner cause he cant decide. Id do krinkle black but that wasnt an option.

Yes. Now I can finally decide. I was leaning silver before but that is a great blue.

And now that I have voted, it is a three way tie with 6 votes each. All this poll tells you is don't go with yellow.:p

i can't decide and it seems not everyone can agree. blue did catch up alot after people saw the pics though. hmm. tough call. i'd be the only one here with blue calipers because they look nasty on anything but a blue car.

but out here its much rarer to see a customized car. the red isnt that played out over where i am.
