i need help with my door locks i have an e36 318is and whenever i turn the key to lock my doors my driverside and trunk lock, however they unlock in a matter of seconds so i lock the doors again and it works i guess its a "double door lock" feature that i have heard about. How do i turn this feature off and also when i lock my doors the passenger side doesnt lock at all either im getting aggrevated with these damn locks. Can someone please be so helpful and guide me through this dilemma. Thanks in advance.

That are opposing signals which are received by the GM. Only one way, remove the door panel and check for broken bracket inside or broken microswitch.
