Has any one got any spec's/info/links for the racing dynamics K38 engine ?

I might be buying one so i'd like to know some more info if possible and i have found nothing on a google search or a search of this forum ?

I'm guessing it's an 3.8L M5 crank and/or differant pistons/rods ?

Did it have a spikey cam and head work as well ?

It's got the proper RD 6 branch manifold but this isn't going to fit in to my E30 chasis :( I tried fitting an Alpina B10 manifold but there was no way it was going to fit especially(sp?) as my car is RHD. So i might be able to get the manifold as well if some one wants it, no idea how much $$$ it will be yet though ?

There was a member on here a while a go with a MM 3.7/3.8(?) engine with head work and a cam, he was saying he was getting about 280bhp, does that seem to be a realistic power figure for that spec M30 ?

BTW i'm in the UK if that helps ?

Cheers

Andrew

Cheers for the info, i hope Jeff looks in on this thread.

I was asking about that sort of spec engine as i was trying to gauge how much power the RD K38 might have if it is of a similar spec ?
