i was wondering if i could somehow get media creds from this site to attend, and report on the autoshow on behalf of bimmer.info:D

Are you serious about going? It's easy to get Media creds...

i did not know this, i go every year, i would just like to go on press day, i imagin it would be less crowded, i usually got normal hours, last year i went on industry day, i would like to try press day, how do you get creds?

Sorry, just got home.

#1 is easy.... you can get biz cards just about anywhere
#2 can be more tricky.. depending on how on the ball the guy is

99% of the time, you can get away with being a small run rag where you are the chief editor / owner / blah blah blah. (doing 2b) You may have to make up a couple low run newsletters first if you get challanged on it.

I used the same setup a couple years at comdex and a couple of the fire trade shows (back when I was in the "biz")

Media days tend to be a lot less packed, even if there isn't a seperate day the only thing better then being a suit at trade show is to be in the media....
You have to decide it it's worth the cost of biz cards and the time to mess with it.
