battery dieing

i dont no why but my battery keeps dieing i checked to see if any of my lights in side the car stayed on or in the trunk but they are all off nothing is on, iv recharged the battery several times and the battery dies after not diving the car over 1 day ne one have ne suggestions, and its a 04 325ci

A '04 should be under warranty unless it was totaled and BMWNA got word of it, in which case I'm sorry for you. Otherwise, take it to the dealership and let them sort it out. The battery's faulty, or the car's not going to sleep/there's a parasitic draw happening with the ignition off.
