Download this PDF (http://www.picturesystems.com/images/M30%2809-88%29CylHdParts-Rev1.02.pdf). It is all the parts and diagrams you will need in one PDF (from my build documents) and I don't think anything is left out for a back-to-stock performance rebuild.

When I did it the prices were all from Black Forest Auto parts, they shouldn't have changed much.

FCP Groton (http://www.fcpgroton.com), Arizona Autohausaz (http://www.autohausaz.com) and BMAparts (http://www.bmaparts.com) would no doubt supply too. Some parts you won't need, but its all listed JIC. :)
