Yeh russians are like that, except this pick up had a steering wheel on the right hand side, so that kinda puts Russia out of equasion. I was wondering where it was when i first saw the video too. English and Australian police could never do that, and it's clearly not Japan...

South Africa maybe? India? The suspect looked to be a white guy when he was rolling on the pavement, lol. Not too many other RHD countries out there.
