Reverse Light Switch

I have an e34 525i Manual 1990 (M20)

Just wondering if anyone has replaced their reverse light switch.

Wats involved? anyone know of a process on the web or anything similar?

yeah i'm about to replace mine its leaking a little
bit. my bmw mech pointed it out to me on a lift
it seems like and easy swap.

Yes, I did. I didn't find anything on the web; but once you locate the switch on the transmission, just take it out and replace. Bentleys will help.
