Coolant volume in M50 520i

What is the volume of engine cooling system in M50 520i? Which antifreeze would you reccommend? What about www.mannol.de

I would definetly flush it out real good then add cool blue and distilled water.

As far as I found in the internet, color of the antifreeze isn't really related with quality. Its just added so that people does not drink it mistakenly, or to distinguish products of one manufacturer from the other.
the most important thing is the chemical composition of the antifreeze. Did anybody use mannol (www.mannol.de) antifreeze before?

just use oil, that dont freeze.
