hey.. i have a question there are like a million recalls on my 1984 BMW 318i.

Is Bmw responcible for the recalls?

Actually, I only see about 8 recalls there...the rest are Technical Service Bulletins, which are fixes to specific problems that customers encountered, but not necessarily recall material.
