Air Conditioning Woes

Today the A/C was found to be playing up. The air works fine on the drivers side but doesnt come out on the passenger side. (The car is RHD) It doesnt work on the dash vent, door vent nor the footwell.

I took out the dash vent and little flap that opens and closes works fine.

Any thoughts?

Ok, went out pulled it all apart, found nothing untoward, put it all back together and all works fine. Ahh, BMW, don't you just love 'em.
