Looking for headlamp lens covers... no, NOT the stick on films.

I've seen one touring with covers that actually stick out and cup the light. Know what I mean?

Like this -> light, cover -> |]

bavauto part number 40 575E

they are not very aestethically appealing ...

and they are friction held in case you wonder.

I agree ... I saw one in a showroom ... they were made of sort of fiberglas or flexglass ... just sticked in and easy to remove ... made it look like a silly 3er ... I never saw them later on.

I sprayed all forward-facing lenses with ChipGuard, by SEM, available at decent car paint supply stores. It's a clear urethane of the same sort that the factory sprayed on your rocker panels, and protects against rock chips and sandblasting. 18 months later, still working fine, and no more rock chips, etc.. ~$15/can, which is enough to do your bumper/spoiler, grill, leading edge of hood, etc. with plenty to spare.

I heard about those....I was curious to see what exactly that looks like. Post a pic when you get time....If I don't agree that they look bad, maybe I'll buy them off you :)

Bavauto is the source but I imagine they wouldn't look to great....(well just assuming, I never saw it in person) I went with the stick on ones and they're so great I recommend everyone should get this done to the head/fogs/corners....I have cracked my lenses too many times. You can get them in different colors too from Laminx.

insist on GTS...they last, don't turn yellow or brittle...I've tried the rest and they suck. Cost little more but worth it.
