Rad drain plug missing O-ring?? (pic)

After filling the cooling system on the 91 525im, I went below to discover a steady drip from the small outlet pipe at the bottom of the rad (M50 - integral expansion tank). After tightening the plug failed to stop the leak, I pulled it out and noticed what I think is a missing O-ring. I've ordered this part (#1712816 17/11) from BMW CAnada, but it must be sent from Germany ($5). So she sits. What I'd like to confirm is whether there is, in fact, a second O-ring where indicated below and whether the part I've orderd will arrive with both (ETK doesn't show enough detail).
