Installed the Hartge exhaust today. Looks terrific and the sound is very nice. A clean deep tone with no droning. Not loud enough to set off alarms. Seems to be well made. Install was somewhat tricky at the muffler shop but nothing radical. Cut in just behind the "Y" pipe connector about 8-10 inches in front of the muffler. Made a couple of adaptor pieces to straighten out the curve and cut off the ends of the exhaust which wanted to end in the middle of the Y-pipe. It is all centered up and looks very good with that big stainless oval tip. My old muffler had a couple of small holes and was rusting pretty good after 15 years of use. Still, the rest of the exhaust looks pretty decent under there.

I'll report more after having this in use for a month or two but it looks like a great buy.

$55 for the install.

that's cheap for sure.. wish i would have thought of that before I spent 80$ to put a 250$ O.E. muffler on and it doesn't sound cool

DOH! :(
