Do I need to bleed all my brakes if I just replace one of the caliphers?

It's the front passenger side calipher. Also is there any trick to stop the fluid from draining out while I replace the calipher? I was thinking of quickly putting a golf tee in the end of the brake hose after I take it off. Will that work?

you only really need to bleed that one but id take the oportunity to bleed them all and get fresh fluid in the system, use dot 4 fluid dot 3 will eat the rubber grommits on the master cylinder
