E30 5spd reverse problem

Hey

I have an 325is with a 5spd stuck in reverse. Im not too familiar with these transmissions yet. All the gears were fine. I shifted it into reverse and it would come out. I was just wondering is this is a common problem and how to go about fixing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i had a problem like that.. mine was the trani mounts.. take a look
