Adjusting the valves and tried turning the engine over with the fan clutch bolt but it came loose (even with the plugs out). Anyone know the size of the nut on the balancer pulley? Seems pretty big, 34mm? 36mm?

Woo hoo! I have to go buy some more tools!

Thanks in advance

All you need to do is jump pins #14 and #11 on your diagnostic connector and you can turn your engine over without wrenches.

Go to your favorite electronics department store, even Lowes, Home Depot, etc. You will need a momentary contact switch, about 6' of monster cable speaker wire or any other type of coiled two conductor type wire that looks like a telephone receiver cord. You will also need some bullets that fit the diagnostic connector connectons. You can use an old film canister for a housing for the switch if you want. Connect the ends with a crimp tool or solder and you are ready.

With the key off the engine can be "bumped" over to facilitate adjusting the valves. Make sure the car is out of gear and in neutral or Park.

Have fun making your "new tool" and save your money for performance upgrades...=)
