I saw it on a couple of other forums. Definitely sucks. I wouldn't even want the car back -- I'd just want the ins. co. to total it.

Its not mine........came to my dealership about 2 hours ago though. Apparently M3 dude was sleeping with ex-wife of psycho dude. Psycho dude goes to ex's house and takes out aggression on M3 dude's new M3.

Why am I not suprised teh story got bastardized by roadfy.

Forget insurance! I press criminal charges, then civil charges with punitive damages so high his great-grandchildren would still be paying 'em off.

There's only one kind of justice for this . . . . and I don't mean some pansy ass lawsuit. Psycho dude is undoubtedly broke, or will be when he retains a lawyer for the criminal charge that will surely be brought. He didn't have the bux to buy a pickax or two like the Audi job someone posted a few weeks back. Like Dylan wrote - when you got nothing, you got nothing to lose.

If there's no hell they should make one for the guy who did this. This is the reason why i'd worry if i had it myself. Not a psycho ex-lover but there are jelaous kids everywhere. See i stop and look, someone else stops and rams a knee in your door or runs a key along your side... Unbelievable what goes on these days. Nothing is sacred anymore. And some things, including an M3, should be.

there are some things in this world that constitute an ass beating, messing with a fellas ride is one of them.

Maybe the red stuff isnt actually paint...maybe the guy didnt quite finish before M3 dude found him :) Remond me to apply for a conceled weapons permit when i turn 21...untill then, perhaps a crowbar under the seat.

Life was so much simpler 150 years ago, if a dude took your horse, the town helped you hang him.... (I know it isn't politically correct and its only a car, but people these days don't seem to respect ANYTHING that isn't theirs)
