install a set of rear fog lights if you can't see behind you.

Why brighter reverse lights?
Mine are plenty bright for how little I even need them. It seems they're really only used to warn people you're going to go backwards.

I bought some Halogen bulbs that are 55W I found at an OffRoad shop. They had them for Landcruisers - I picked up another set for the 5. - They work great. Why? people ask....... because with the dark tint at night its hard to see behind you when reversing. - JT

We just installed those on my friends mini-van with window tint. They actually are a very easy install and work great.

If they wouldnt cause the LKM Bulb Error on my car I would go ahead and get them - JT

LED bulbs may cause some newer vehicles to indicate a bulb is burnt out (because of their low power consumption). Some cars indicate this by increasing the flash rate of the turn signals, some do not flash at all. This can be remedied with load resistors wired across the turn signal bulbs to simulate a filament bulb load. We have these available just select 'Resistor Kits' from the menu above.
