Better pics to follow tomorrow... too rainy today.

But here we are polishing the supercharger pulley! Damn thing is like a freaking mirror now!

Pushing about 8 psi., was having a studdering problem when off boost, but turns out its because the car didn't like blowing off. Redesigned intake track for recirculation of blown of air, and now all is well... thing drives awesomely when not on boost, and even more awesome when on!

pics tomorrow :)

No, it's not.... it reads "This vehicle has been modified from stock... caution should be used... etc etc etc" i think it's funny.

I have one on the dash of the Can-Am that says "caution...do not open windows above 140mph" looks all official. LOL

Jon, you really need some more pics like this one, this does justice more than any of the others. Your engine bay looks a lot cleaner than i imagined, your hands do not.

no template sorry, its not a "popular" blower because its expensive... its the same one Alpina uses. Vortechs are more common and brackets already exist.

Thanks for the reply. If you know of anyone who has these available, would love to be put in touch with them. I hope to finish my E30 M3 engine rebuild by mid next year and then will be looking atthe possabilities of s'charging my M5.

No one is going to have a template for this ASA blower on any motor except the M54.

I saw this one in some other site ... is it the one that uses spiral fins that compresses air into the engine? .. I read that its life time is very short

All turbo/superchargers use turbines to compress air into the engine...

This ones lifetime should outlast the car. Its used by Alpina. It's also $4500 retail for JUST the blower, no brackets, pulleys, belts, bolts, nothin. Its very high quality and made in germany.

I think he is talking a twin screw charger as opposed to you Centrifugal type.
