still blowing hot air ....

i've read all the posts i could find but i haven't been able to find the fix. here's the scoop: my drivers and passenger side vents blow warm air when i have the dials set to cold. i've changed out the heater control valve with a new one. the aux water pump appears to be ok. no change, the problem is still there .....she still blows hot. what else could it be? would you get this sort of behavior with a faulty sword?? any input would be appreciated...thx!

You can exclude the sword. The sword is only in charge for the speed of the blower fan.
Number 1 to check is the IHKA control module which sits behind the sword and the microfilter. Similar to the LKM repair, resolder all "cold solderings".
No. 2 would the the IHKA control panel, but as both sides are not working, I believe it is the control module.
