Sweet Jesus, why must I be a poor college student, deprived of this wonderful M goodness?

One day, when i'm rich, i'll buy some poor college kid a random ///M engine.....just for fun.

Until then, i'll dream of just fixing my ///M engine

one can only dream.....
but then again maybe I could afford it if I pawn the turbo kit that I'm building for my m50. nah

Now what all else whould you need to put that into a E34 535im, would the tranny still bolt up, how about the engine management systems and all the wiring? I'm not real serious, but for the right price, maybe having that engine ready for a swap, once I got the time, might be cool!

You need the M5 wiring harness and DME. I think it's best to use the M5 tranny even if the 535i one fits. Brandon J has done this so he can answer best. Hurry, buy it before BigD buys it for spare parts!
