This is bizarre, but my 3 series does not have any light sensing mechanism etc, but the clock cluster is weird. It will be bright with no problem, but intermittently coming out of an over-pass or a shaded area (lest say and overhang, or a line of shaded trees area) the clock cluster will dim for a couple of seconds before returning to its original brightness.
i brought it to the dealership and was told that this was normal. but the thing is this did not happen a year and a half ago. they kept my car over ngiht and told me it was normal operations and there is "no problems found" which absolutely drives me up the wall. It is absolutely not normal. though is not a big deal that impedes upon the car's performance, but still, is some good money that you paid for to have something perfect.
can anyone understand my thread or situation?
