Do you mean pushing in on the turn signal stalk? If you do it cycles through the readings on the OBC.

Actually you probably mean the button on the instrument cluster. That button turns off the display of the reading I mentioned at the beginning of my post.

Yes, I meant the button on the cluster. If that's all it does, thanks. I thought it did more, as the CODE button also clears the display.

not only does the Check Control button clear the Instr. Cluster display...it also is used to cycle through multiple warning. If you see a + symbol in the display along with a warning...it means there is more than one warning.

You know...all this ..."stuff"... is in your owner's manual. ;)

(read the last paragraph that refers to this button as the CC key)

Yeah, I know it's in the manual, but I thought there might be other more esoteric uses not covered in the manual. Diagnositcs, etc. Guess not.

Not starting, ignition position 2 is enough. And that is what he means.

yes... ignition key to pos. #1, press the button, key to pos. #2 (igntion on), release the button. thats it.
