Way too Miami Vice, IMHO.

I am thinking I want a Lotus Esprit (might have to start looking for one). I have always thought that they are great looking cars and not too exotice.

My 2 cents.

It's interesting to look at the high bidders past purchases too.
The current high bidder has only 2 auctions under his belt.
A pair of CHRISTIAN DIOR sunglasses and tickets to a JUDAS PRIEST concert. I guess he's looking to go to the concert in style with his fancy car and glasses :D
Second highest is a big Lance Armstrong fan and sports collector.

Oh yes. A nice, low mileage, late model four-cylinder car can be had for US$50,000. Peanuts for 911 Turbo performance.
